City of Boston Credit Union's 24-hour Toll Free Telephone Banking number is 888-833-5589
Upon initial login:
- Enter your Member Number followed by "01", for example if your Member number is 123456, you would enter 12345601.
- Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN), upon initial login to the system this will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. The system will then prompt you to change your PIN to one or your choice.
You are now ready to access your account information with our 24-hour Toll Free Telephone Banking system. Follow the prompts within the system to access the information you desire.
