Get Started (If you are new to Home Banking and Bill Pay)

It's easy to get started with City of Boston Credit Union Free Online Home Banking, just follow these steps: 

  • Click here to sign up for Home Banking
  • Complete and submit the registration for Home Banking
  • Once your registration has been approved you will receive an email with instructions to log in to Home Banking. 

Helpful Tips

  • If you use the "X" option (in the upper right corner of your screen) to close out a window while in Home Banking or Bill Pay, the system will lock you out for 20 minutes.  This is a security feature to protect you if you step away from your computer.  After 20 minutes you may log back into Home Banking and Bill Pay.
  • When you select submit payment, the payment is in process. Our old Bill Pay had a pop up to confirm what you would like to pay before submitting, however, the new Bill Pay system does not have that feature.
  • If you submit a payment through Bill Pay and log out, then decide you would like to reverse the payment, if it is still the same day that you submitted the payment you can call 877-401-5686 and request to have the payment reversed. 
  • Payees from our previous system may have transferred to the new system as your account number with that payee.  You may go in and give these payees a nickname to make them more easily recognizable to you.

Supported Browsers for Home Banking

The following are supported internet browsers for use with our Home Banking tools. 

Windows:

  • Internet Explorer 7.0 and above
  • Firefox 3.5 and above
  • Chrome 18 and above

Macintosh:

  • Safari 5.0 and above

Other browsers may work but they are not supported by our Home Banking application.

To determine what browser you are using, click the “Help” menu item on the top menu bar of your internet browser and choose “About {browser name}”.  On a Macintosh, highlight the name of your browser on the desktop then go to “File” and scroll down to “Get Info”.
