CBCU Supports Fourth Presbyterian Church's Holiday Food Program

We are very proud to continue our support of the Fourth Presbyterian Church of South Boston and their amazing Food Pantry which now operates year-round! Chairman of the Board Greg Rooney, Directors Susan Connolly and Thomas Tinlin, and CEO Neil Gordon joined with the pantry Executive Director Christine Keller today to check in on the pantry’s final distribution day of the year!

This incredible program assisted 215 families for Thanksgiving and is rounding out the year helping out an additional 220 families!

We are thrilled to announce that our first ever CBCU Giving Tree, which had Members and Staff come together to give back to senior living residences in the communities we serve, was a massive success! After establishing partnerships with senior living residences Cornerstone at Canton in Canton, Compass on the Bay in South Boston, and Hale House in Boston's Back Bay, ornaments with names of the residents and their gift request were put on a tree in each of CBCU's branches. Thank you to all participants for your generosity, you made a huge difference in the lives of the recipients this holiday season!
