Welcome to City of Boston Credit Union!

A video message from City of Boston Credit Union President/CEO Dan Waltz

As of April 1, 2019 all Northeastern University Federal Credit Union members are now part of the City of Boston Credit Union family.  City of Boston Credit Union is honored to have the opportunity to serve the members of Northeastern University Federal Credit Union and we pledge to offer you the same professional and courteous service you have been accustomed to from the great staff at NUFCU, who are now employees of CBCU!  At this time you may continue to access your Northeastern University Federal Credit Union accounts as you did prior to the merger.  All NEFCU accounts are scheduled to be converted to the City of Boston Credit Union system on August 17, 2019.  You will be contacted as the conversion date comes closer with information on what you can expect to happen after the conversion on August 17, 2019.  Below are FAQs that will help answer some questions you may have, but please feel free to reach out with additional questions to the Northeastern University Federal Credit Union office at (617) 373-2900 or via email to Sharon D’Orazio at s.dorazio@northeastern.edu or Susanne Lucero at s.lucero@northeastern.edu.
